Registration Guidelines

1. Please use the updated version of your browser to register.
2. Online registration is available for all payment options, such as Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Wallets, Pay-Later Cards, and EMI cards.
3. You will receive a message and an email containing a payment receipt after registration.
4. You will receive a registration notification from info@wzmahaneocon2025.com. Please check your spam box in case you don’t receive the information.
5. You can register for the Pre-conference workshop after registration by using you registration number/mobile number.
6. Senior member (70 years and above) has to email their Age proof (Aadhar Card/ Voting card) on wzmahaneocon@gmail.com after registration. The registration will be considered as valid only after the age proof document is verified.
7. PG Students should submit a bonafide letter from the Head of the Department.
8.  Registration is non-transferable and non refundable.
9. Children must be registered for logistic/ Security reasons.
10. For spot registrations, a Delegate kit will be provided subject to availability. The kit will be handed over only to the registered delegate. Only in exceptional cases will it be handed over to any representative authorized by the registered delegate with a copy of the signed authorized registration receipt.
11. Entry to the accompanying person may be restricted to certain areas at the venue of the event.
12. Organizers will not be responsible for any date change of the conference
13. Organizers will not be responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings.
14. Post-conference no kit or any workshop material will be disbursed to the delegate/associate delegate/PG student.
15. For registration payment via manual bank transfer, UPI transfer, click on the offline registration mode by clicking on Offline Registration Form Mode. Please read the instructions carefully.
